Muradabad Court Requests Report on Dancer Sapna Chaudhary Case, Next Hearing on May 20

In a recent development, the Muradabad court has requested a report from the police station regarding the case involving the well-known dancer Sapna Chaudhary. The next hearing on this matter has been scheduled for May 20.

Rameshwar Dayal Turaiha filed a complaint against the dancer in court. According to the complaint, on June 11, 2019, Sapna Chaudhary had appeared at a program at the Railway Stadium in Muradabad. The event spiraled out of control due to an unruly crowd, leading to police resorting to lathi charge to maintain order.

This lathi charge resulted in injuries to several individuals present at the scene. The case is currently under consideration in the District Second Court. The complainant’s lawyer, Vaibhav Agrawal, informed that the matter was presented before the court of the Judicial Magistrate, who has requested a report from the police station.
