National Freedom Party Joins Government Of National Unity In Kwazulu Natal

The National Freedom Party has officially announced its decision to support the Government of National Unity in KwaZulu-Natal, joining forces with the African National Congress (ANC), Democratic Alliance (DA), and Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP) in a historic move.

Party leader Ivan Barnes confirmed the NFP’s alignment with the GNU, pledging its backing on both national and provincial levels, solidifying the coalition’s strength in the region.

The decision comes after extensive discussions and negotiations between various political parties, following the IFP’s declaration of a partnership with the DA, ANC, and NFP to establish a unified government in KZN.
