OPPO has officially launched its Reno 12 series in the tech-savvy market of India. The series consists of two notable smartphones – the Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro. These powerful devices packed with attractive features will soon grace the shelves of electronic stores across the nation.

The Reno 12 variant brings a 6.7-inch Full HD+ OLED display shielded by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, while the Reno 12 Pro flaunts the advanced protection of Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Both phones operate on the efficient MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor along with Mali-G615 MC2 GPU.

Android enthusiasts will rejoice as the Reno 12 series runs on the latest Android 14 operating system customized with OPPO’s own ColorOS 14.1 user interface. What’s even more impressive is the promise of 3 years of OS upgrades and 4 years of security patches that these smartphones are set to deliver.

For the photography buffs out there, both the Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro offer captivating camera setups. The Reno 12 features a 50MP Sony LYT 600 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. Meanwhile, the Reno 12 Pro sports the same Sony LYT-600 primary sensor alongside an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and a remarkable 50MP Samsung JN5 telephoto lens complemented by 2x optical zoom and 20x digital zoom capabilities

The connectivity suite on these phones includes an in-display fingerprint sensor, IR blaster, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS technology, and an IP65 rating. This rating signifies their dust-proof nature and water-resistance quality. OPPO’s new launches are sure to make a mark in the ever-evolving tech landscape of India.
