Raveena Tandon Faces Allegations in Drunken Altercation Incident, Denies Claims

Popular Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon found herself in the midst of controversy recently, as allegations of a drunken altercation surfaced against her. The Mumbai Police clarified that a false complaint was filed accusing Tandon of drunk driving, rash behavior, and assault. This incident came to light after a complaint was lodged with the Khar Police.

The complaint, which was shared widely on social media, was proven to be false after the authorities examined CCTV footage. DCP Rajtilak Roshan of Zone 9 confirmed that Tandon’s car did not hit anyone and she was not intoxicated during the incident. The police also stated that both parties involved withdrew their complaints.

Following a scuffle outside Tandon’s residence, where her driver was parking the car, tensions escalated between the driver and a family passing by. Raveena intervened after the family confronted her driver, leading to a verbal dispute that eventually subsided. No injuries were reported, and no formal complaints were filed by either party.

Amidst these allegations, Tandon’s recent work in the Disney Hotstar series ‘Patna Shuklla’ garnered positive reviews from audiences. She is also set to star in the upcoming film ‘Welcome 3’ alongside a star-studded cast including Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Arshad Warsi, Disha Patani, Lara Dutta, and Paresh Rawal.
