Renowned Race Car Driver Lizzy Musi Dies After Battle With Cancer
Renowned race car driver Lizzy Musi, known for her appearances on Street Outlaws: No Prep Kings and various other Discovery spinoffs, tragically passed away at the age of 33 at her residence in North Carolina.
Musi had been battling triple-negative Stage 4 Breast Cancer since her diagnosis in April 2023, openly sharing her journey on social media.
The talented racer, a prominent figure in the world of drag racing, made history as the first woman to claim victory at a Pro Nitrous national event during the Professional Drag Racers Association U.S. Drags.
Musi’s achievements and perseverance were featured in Drag Illustrated magazine, where she graced the cover and was also involved in directing the family business, Musi Racing based in Mooresville, NC.
