Solid Biosciences Grants RSUs to New Employees

CHARLESTOWN, Mass., Sept. 04, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Solid Biosciences Inc. (Nasdaq: SLDB), a prominent life sciences company, has announced the granting of 42,082 restricted stock units (RSUs) to three newly hired employees.

The RSUs will vest in four equal installments at each one-year anniversary of the grant date, culminating at the fourth anniversary. The vesting of these equity awards is conditional upon the continued service of the employee with the Company through each respective vesting date.

This generous grant was made in accordance with the Company’s 2024 Inducement Stock Incentive Plan, serving as a significant inducement for each employee’s acceptance of employment with Solid Biosciences, in line with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5635(c)(4).
