BJP‘s newly elected Parliament member from Thrissur Lok Sabha constituency, Suresh Gopi, has clarified that recent reports suggesting his desire to resign from the Narendra Modi-led ministry are grossly inaccurate. Gopi, who is the first BJP candidate to secure a Parliament seat from Kerala, refuted claims of dissatisfaction over his ministerial role.

Following Gopi’s swearing-in as Minister of State in the Modi 3.0 government, rumors surfaced that the actor-politician was contemplating stepping down from his ministerial position. However, Gopi took to social media to quash these rumors, affirming his commitment to the developmental agenda under PM Modi’s leadership.

Speaking to a regional channel in Delhi post the oath-taking ceremony, Suresh Gopi expressed his focus on serving as an MP for the people of Thrissur. The actor highlighted his upcoming film commitments, emphasizing his dedication to fulfilling both parliamentary duties and cinematic obligations.
