Texas Lottery Results: No Jackpot Winners, Prizes Continue to Climb
The Lone Star State was abuzz this past weekend as the latest drawings for the Lotto Texas and Powerball revealed their numbers without producing any jackpot winners. The excitement surrounding these popular lottery games continues to draw in hopeful participants from across the state.
The Lotto Texas with Extra! featured a significant jackpot of $41.25 million on the night of November 16, 2024. However, no ticket matched the winning numbers, which were 04, 05, 09, 32, 36, and 37. Despite the absence of a jackpot winner, the draw did result in several notable payouts: five tickets secured nearly $12,000 each, while another 17 tickets, lacking the «Extra!» option, won $10,000 less.
Approximately 20,000 tickets from the Lotto Texas drawing won a prize, according to the official Texas Lottery report. Interested participants are encouraged to verify their tickets before attempting to claim any prizes.
Meanwhile, the Powerball game witnessed a similar fate. No ticket hit the jackpot in the drawing, which boasted prize numbers 21, 22, 25, 32, and 38, with a Powerball of 16 and a Power Play multiplier of «times 5.» The jackpot for this draw was $133.8 million.
A notable winner emerged out of the Texas Lottery sale, with a ticket matching four out of five white balls and the Powerball. With the Power Play multiplier applied, what would have been a $50,000 prize instead became a $250,000 windfall for the fortunate player.
The Powerball jackpot continues to swell, reaching an estimated $144 million for the upcoming draw on Monday night. Those preferring the lump sum option face a potential payout of $66.2 million. Concurrently, the next Lotto Texas with Extra! draw is anticipated to offer an even greater incentive to players.
