Thanet Roadrunner Smashes Club Record at London Marathon
Thanet Roadrunners participated in the renowned London Marathon, showcasing exceptional performances from its members. Jack Bradley, a standout athlete, aimed to surpass the club record set by previous talented runners.
With determination and skill, Jack accomplished this feat by clocking an outstanding time of 2:36:01, breaking the Thanet Roadrunners club record by over 50 seconds. His achievement solidifies his place in the club’s history, spanning over four decades of competitive running.
Club Chairman Pete Heath commended Jack’s remarkable achievement, highlighting not only his athletic prowess but also his supportive and encouraging demeanor towards fellow runners.
Amidst the marathon’s iconic course, twelve Thanet Roadrunners took on the challenge, each showcasing their dedication and passion for running on the prestigious London Marathon stage.
