Fans are mourning the tragic death of Olly Marmon, who sadly died after falling from a hotel window. The 33-year-old hairstylist was engaged to former Union J star James ‘Jaymi’ Hensley, and they were set to get married next month.

The incident occurred at the Hind Hotel in Northampton around 11:30 pm on Sunday. Paramedics and police rushed to the scene but were unable to save Olly, who was pronounced dead shortly afterward.

Initially, police treated the situation as a possible murder and arrested a 34-year-old man. However, they later confirmed that the death was not being treated as a homicide after a post-mortem examination indicated that Olly’s cause of death was due to injuries from a fall.

Olly’s family expressed their deep heartbreak over the loss, with his mother Julie saying that he was her best friend and called her his guardian angel. The couple had been together since they were 18 years old and had shared many joyful moments, including trips to beautiful destinations like Norway and France.

Jaymi took to social media to pay tribute to Olly, quoting the late Queen Elizabeth II, saying Olly was his “strength and stay.” The couple’s engagement was announced in 2014, and they were so excited to finally tie the knot later this year.

Jaymi has faced a wave of support from fans, many of whom have shared their condolences online. Friends have described Olly as a caring, spiritual soul who touched the lives of many.

This tragic event has left many in shock as they remember Olly’s beautiful spirit and the love he and Jaymi shared over the years.
