Tragic Demise of Actor Noor Malabika Das Shocks Bollywood Industry

Emerging actor Noor Malabika Das, known for her remarkable performance in the legal drama ‘The Trial‘ alongside Bollywood actress Kajol, was tragically discovered deceased in her residence in Mumbai‘s Lokhandwala.

Das, originally hailing from Assam and a former air hostess with Qatar Airways, had captured the audience’s hearts with her roles in several Hindi web series before her untimely passing.

Reportedly, the 37-year-old’s lifeless body was found in a decomposed state after concerned neighbors alerted the authorities about a disturbing odor emanating from her apartment.

The local police, who suspect suicide as the cause of her death, conducted an investigation into the matter. Although no suicide note was recovered from the scene, samples of medications and electronic devices were collected for further analysis.

In a somber turn of events, with her parents residing in Assam unable to travel back to Mumbai, Das was laid to rest with the assistance of her friend and fellow actor, Aloknath Pathak, with the support of an NGO.

The All Indian Cine Workers Association has raised concerns about the recurring tragedies the Indian film industry has witnessed and has urged Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis to delve into the underlying causes behind these unfortunate incidents.
