Vanna White Addresses Initial Concerns with New Co-Host Ryan Seacrest on ‘Wheel of Fortune’

During a recent episode of ‘Wheel of Fortune‘, Vanna White, who has been with the show since 1982, expressed her initial apprehensions about working with Ryan Seacrest, the newly appointed host following the retirement of Pat Sajak.

White, 67, revealed that although she has known Seacrest for about 20 years, she had concerns regarding their chemistry on set. She acknowledged that transitioning to a new co-host after working so long with Sajak was a daunting experience.

In an interview, White stated, ‘I had no idea what to expect, when I’m used to one person for so long.’ She admitted feeling ‘very scared’ about the new dynamic but praised Seacrest, noting that he is doing a great job in his new role.

Seacrest, 49, who officially took over hosting duties, has reportedly begun to settle into the position comfortably. He described ‘Wheel of Fortune’ as a franchise that means a lot to people, expressing his enthusiasm for the opportunity to be a part of such an iconic show.

The show’s 42nd season is set to premiere on September 9, marking Seacrest’s debut as host. Despite initial concerns regarding compatibility, both White and Seacrest are optimistic about their collaboration moving forward.
