Vijay Unveils Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam Party Flag

Actor Vijay, the leader of Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK), officially unveiled the party flag in a ceremony held at the party headquarters in Panaiyur on Thursday morning. The flag hoisting took place at 9:15 AM, marking an important milestone as it precedes the upcoming state-level conference scheduled for September 22 in Vikravandi, Villupuram district.

This event follows the launch of the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam in February. During the ceremony, Vijay expressed his hopes for the future of Tamil Nadu, stating, “Our flag will fly across the state from tomorrow. Tamil Nadu will be better from now on. Victory is certain.” He emphasized the significance of the flag in striving for the welfare of Tamil Nadu and representing the state.

The Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam is making extensive preparations for the state-level conference, which is set to occur shortly after the release of Vijay’s latest film, ‘The Greatest of All Time’, on September 5. Vijay is also preparing for an upcoming political film directed by H Vinoth, which he has indicated will be his last project in a three-decade-long film career.

Additionally, Vijay has announced his intentions to contest in the 2026 State Elections, further solidifying his commitment to a political career. He reiterated that his entry into politics is a deep-rooted desire to serve Tamil Nadu fully.
