In preparation for their 16th-round NRL clash against the Gold Coast Titans, the New Zealand Warriors have finalized their lineup with a few changes. Bunty Afoa will serve as the 18th man, and Freddy Lussick will be the 19th man for the game at Cbus Super Stadium.

Taine Tuaupiki, Moala Graham-Taufa, and Demitric Sifakula did not make the final bench and instead participated in the New South Wales Cup side’s recent match.

Roger Tuivasa-Sheck is set to make his comeback after an injury-enforced absence in the last five matches. However, the Warriors will miss Kurt Capewell and Mitchell Barnett due to their selection for State of Origin, while Rocco Berry and Dallin Watene-Zelezniak are sidelined for injury and suspension reasons, respectively.

With the absence of some key players, Edward Kosi is stepping in for only the second suspension of his long career to play his 30th NRL match. Dylan Walker will move positions, and Tohu Harris returns to the starting lineup.

The Warriors are coming off a disappointing 24-28 loss to the Storm and are in 12th place in the standings, just two points shy of the top eight.

Despite facing the Titans, who are currently at the bottom of the ladder, the Warriors have historically found them to be tough opponents. Winning five of their last seven encounters, the Warriors lead the overall head-to-head record against the Titans with a 20-13 margin.
