Zac Brown Lake Lanier Home

Atlanta country artist Zac Brown has recently placed his Lake Lanier property on the market for a price of $3.25 million. The musician acquired the home for $1.8 million in June 2020, amidst the onset of the pandemic. The residence is located approximately 45 miles northeast of downtown Atlanta, nestled within a gated community close to his childhood hometown of Cumming.

This expansive home features seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a total of 9,448 square feet of living space. The kitchen is designed to overlook an open-concept vaulted living room, accompanied by a cozy fireside breakfast room that leads to a screened porch with scenic lake views. The main level also houses an oversized primary suite that includes vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, double vanities, and custom walk-in closets.

On the upper level of the house, three additional bedrooms and a library are situated, offering a stunning view of the lake. On the terrace level, prospective buyers will find a fully equipped bar, a recreational room, a stone fireplace, a home gym, a sauna, two more bedrooms, and a home theater.

Moreover, the property includes a separate boathouse designed to accommodate two boats in a climate-controlled environment, along with additional living space on the upper floor. Outdoor amenities feature a deck, a heated infinity pool, and a spa, all presenting picturesque views of the lake. The facility also consists of a two-slip covered cedar dock, a party deck, two hydro boat lifts, and two hydro jet ski lifts.

Currently, Zac Brown is navigating a divorce from Kelly Yazdi, which lasted only four months before the couple announced their separation in December 2023. Following the separation, Brown filed a lawsuit in May, alleging that Yazdi breached a confidentiality agreement and negatively affected his public image. A judge subsequently denied his request for a temporary restraining order. In response, Yazdi has filed her own lawsuit, claiming that Brown utilized actual wedding party footage in the music video for his song ‘Beautiful Drug,’ featuring Avicii, and misrepresented her in a negative light using an actress.

Additionally, Brown had been previously married to Shelly Brown for twelve years until 2018, with whom he shares four daughters and a son. The listing is being managed by realtor Katie McGuirk.
