Five Injured in Stabbing Near Amsterdam’s Iconic Dam Square

The Hague, Netherlands — Five individuals were injured in a stabbing incident that occurred near Dam Square in central Amsterdam on Thursday morning, as confirmed by local police. Authorities have arrested one suspect in connection with the attack.
In response to the incident, police cordoned off the area surrounding Dam Square, which is home to significant landmarks including the Royal Palace. Emergency services, including multiple ambulances and a trauma helicopter, were deployed to the location.
