GPT Healthcare IPO Successfully Subscribed on Final Day of Offering
The GPT Healthcare IPO, which opened for subscription on February 22, successfully completed its offering today. The IPO saw strong demand from investors on the final day, with all portions being fully subscribed.
According to data from the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), the retail portion of the IPO was oversubscribed on the second day, while the Non-Institutional Investors (NII) and Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB) portions saw robust demand on the last day.
GPT Healthcare Ltd, the company behind the IPO, operates a chain of full-service hospitals under the ‘ILS Hospitals‘ brand. The company offers integrated healthcare services with a focus on secondary and tertiary care.
The IPO, priced in the range of ₹177 to ₹186 per equity share, raised ₹157.54 crores from anchor investors on the opening day. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹40 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 26,082,786 equity shares by the selling shareholder, BanyanTree Growth Capital II, LLC.
