Guy Fieri Brings Chicken Guy! to Dallas, First Texas Location

DALLAS, Texas — Food Network star Guy Fieri is set to open his first Dallas restaurant, Chicken Guy!, on Feb. 6, 2025. The fast-casual eatery, located at 7859 Walnut Hill Lane near Central Expressway, marks Fieri’s first venture into the Dallas dining scene.

The menu focuses on chicken tenders, available plain, in sandwiches, or atop salads. Diners can choose from a variety of sauces, including Fieri’s signature Donkey Sauce, garlic-parmesan, avocado crema, bourbon brown sugar, and Nashville hot honey. Sides include fries, coleslaw, mac and cheese, and fried pickle chips.

“I’m excited to bring Chicken Guy! to Dallas,” Fieri said in a statement. “This city has an incredible food culture, and I can’t wait for folks to try our real deal chicken tenders and sauces.”

The Dallas location is the 15th Chicken Guy! in the U.S. and the first in Texas. The restaurant is part of a franchise expansion led by Texas-based franchisees Kris and Ram Daswani, who plan to open additional locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Chicken Guy! has previously opened in high-profile locations such as Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Hollywood Boulevard in Los Angeles, and Caesars Palace Casino in Las Vegas. The Dallas opening follows the recent debut of a Times Square location in New York City, which introduced exclusive menu items like fried chicken dumplings and chopped cheese egg rolls.

To celebrate the Dallas launch, Fieri is offering special prizes to customers who dress like him on opening day. The restaurant will operate from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily, with extended hours on weekends.

Fieri, known for his Emmy Award-winning show “Diners, Drive-ins and Dives,” has built a culinary empire that includes restaurants in tourist hotspots and sports venues. His Dallas debut adds to the city’s growing reputation as a hub for celebrity chef-driven concepts.
