The Heat are looking to extend their three-game winning streak at home, following a 126-108 victory against the Charlotte Hornets. Miami has a strong record at home this season, winning all three games played. In contrast, the Blazers enter the game after a thrilling comeback victory against the Oklahoma City Thunder, overcoming a 22-point deficit to win 121-119. This marked their first win over the Thunder since April 2021, ending a 16-game losing streak against them.
This game is the opener of a five-game road trip for the Blazers, who have won two of their last three games on the road. Both teams are among the fastest in the league, with the Heat leading in pace (106.25) and the Blazers just behind (105.25).
