Hollywood heartthrob Austin Butler shocked viewers of This Morning as he made an unexpected appearance on the popular daytime show. Joined by his Masters of the Air co-star Callum Turner, the 32-year-old actor brought some A-list energy to the program.

However, it was his participation in the Spin To Win segment that truly surprised the audience. Butler, looking rather bemused, joined hosts Dermot O'Leary and Sian Welby to assist with the game, leaving viewers in awe.

Following the Spin To Win segment, Butler and Turner settled on the sofa for a chat about their upcoming Apple TV+ show, Masters of the Air. The series revolves around a group of airmen during World War II and the brotherhood they form through courage, loss, and triumph.

Reflecting on their roles, Butler explained, ‘We play two pilots who were looked up to by others in the group. It was like Band of Brothers.’ Turner added, ‘These guys changed the direction of the war, so portraying them was an honor. We even underwent a boot camp to prepare for the series. What these guys did was for us, and we are truly grateful for their bravery. My grandad was 16 during the war!’

Austin Butler’s appearance on This Morning coincides with his co-star Callum Turner’s new romance with singer Dua Lipa. The Levitating singer confirmed their relationship last week as photographs emerged of the couple sharing an affectionate moment outside popular celebrity hotspot Sushi Park.
