Injury Woes Hit Roma And Feyenoord Ahead Of Europa League Playoffs

Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante is set to miss the first leg of the Europa League playoffs after sustaining a back injury during a recent match against Inter.

With Cristante sidelined, Edoardo Bove is expected to step in and start alongside Leandro Paredes and Lorenzo Pellegrini in Roma’s midfield against Feyenoord.

On the other side, Feyenoord has been hit hard by injuries, with captain Gernot Trauner and Quinten Timber ruled out for the upcoming Europa League playoffs.

In further bad news, Feyenoord’s Santiago Gimenez, who suffered an injury before the derby with Sparta Rotterdam, may also miss the crucial fixture against Roma.
