Over 1500 students have qualified to appear for the JEE Advanced this year. Those who did not qualify for the Advanced can apply for counseling through the MP DTE. The counseling process is set to begin soon and aims to provide entry into NITs and other engineering institutes based on JEE Mains scores.
Shrestha Gupta, who is the daughter of a software engineer and has a sister studying at IIT Guwahati, expressed her interest in joining IIT Bombay in the Computer Science branch. Shrestha’s father, Alok Gupta, mentioned her excellence not only in academics but also in sports, having achieved a brown belt in Karate.
On the other hand, Arnav Sinha from Indore aspires to join IIT Bombay and has put in exceptional efforts to secure his seat. Arnab has an ambition to work in the industry, gain practical knowledge, and maybe start his own startup in the future.
Riddhi Motwani echoes similar career aspirations with a desire to study Computer Science at IIT Bombay. Her dedicated efforts over the past two years are now focused on preparing for the JEE Advanced.
For those who did not clear the Advanced, they can concentrate on preparing for BITSAT and VITEEE. The counseling process for MP DTE will begin soon, giving further options for admission. To all the JEE Advanced qualifiers, it is advisable to practice regularly and focus on key chapters rather than trying to cover all the syllabus in-depth.
The JEE Mains sessions this year have posed varying levels of difficulty compared to the previous year. The news of Shrestha Gupta’s exceptional performance has brought forth a moment of pride for the city of Indore, showcasing the caliber of students it nurtures.
