JPMorgan Chase & Co. has announced the declaration of dividends on several series of its preferred stock, denoted by depositary shares. The preferred stock series receiving dividends include Series Q, Series R, Series S, Series U, and Series CC.

The dividend per preferred share ranges from $203.70 to $306.25, with corresponding amounts per depositary share. The payment dates for shareholders have been set for either May 1, 2024, or April 30, 2024, depending on the series, with the record date for stockholders falling on April 1, 2024.

Notably, the floating rate periods for dividends on the Series Q, Series R, Series S, and Series CC preferred stock began at different times, starting from November 1, 2022, for the Series CC and extending to February 1, 2024, for the Series S.
