NEW YORK, NY — Twitch superstar Kai Cenat announced he will make his late-night debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on March 5, 2025. The announcement came during a live stream on March 2, where Cenat expressed surprise at his upcoming appearance on the iconic show.

“Tomorrow, your boy is going to be on Jimmy Fallon. Chat! Tomorrow… Yes! I am going to be on Jimmy Fallon, I ain’t gon’ lie, I didn’t think the motion could get this crazy y’all,” Cenat said during his broadcast.

The Tonight Show features celebrity interviews, musical performances, and comedic sketches and has previously hosted many internet personalities, including Twitch’s most popular streamer, Tyler “Ninja” Blevins.

Cenat highlighted the importance of his appearance, saying, “Listen, it’s tomorrow night, all y’all gotta do is go to the Jimmy Fallon website or the network, and they’ll tell you the schedule for when I get on, y’all probably going to see it anyways, somewhere.”

Cenat’s segment is scheduled to air at 11:35 p.m. EST, alongside American Idol judges Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie, and Carrie Underwood, as well as sports commentator Stephen A. Smith.

Following his Tonight Show appearance, Cenat announced plans to appear on ESPN the next morning, stating, “We gon’ be on ESPN the next morning… we completing side missions.” This builds on a series of recent accomplishments for the streamer, including regaining his title as the most-subscribed Twitch streamer during his “Mafiathon 2” event, a continuous 30-day livestream.

Cenat’s rise in popularity underscores the growing influence of social media personalities in traditional media, marking a pivotal crossover moment for influencers in network television.
