Kane Brown Joins Forces with Monster Jam for Charity Event

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WOLO)— Country music star Kane Brown is partnering with Monster Jam to support the Boys and Girls Club of the Midlands. On Thursday, April 24, donors can bring school supplies to the Colonial Life Arena at 2 p.m.

Those who donate will receive an exclusive discount on Monster Jam tickets and have the chance to enjoy various pre-show activities. Kane Brown will perform later that night starting at 7 p.m., making it a night to remember.

In addition to the fundraiser, South Carolina’s “sweetest” party of the year is set to take place at the Lower Richland Sweet Potato Festival. This event occurs on Saturday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Hopkins Park on Lower Richland Boulevard. Attendees can look forward to live music, games, and unlimited sweet potato dishes.

The festival will also feature free screenings for vision, prostate health, and more. Admission to the event is free, allowing everyone to join in the festivities.

Furthermore, families are invited to enjoy the 6th annual Kinetic Derby Day on the same Saturday at 11 a.m. The unique event will unfold on State and Meeting Streets in West Columbia, highlighting creativity, competition, and fun. A sculpture parade, soapbox racing, and food trucks are just a few things to look forward to.

Lastly, the Universoul Circus is coming to Columbia, running from Thursday, April 24, at 7 p.m. through Sunday, May 4, at the Columbia Place Mall on Two Notch Road. This circus promises thrilling performances, including hoop divers and the wheel of death.
