Kansas State Basketball Hosts Tulsa in Unbeaten Showdown
MANHATTAN, Kan. — Kansas State University men’s basketball team is set to conclude its season-opening four-game homestand with a matchup against the University of Tulsa on Monday, November 17, 2025. The game is scheduled to tip off at 7:01 p.m. CT at Bramlage Coliseum, where both teams enter with a perfect 3-0 record, each averaging over 90 points per game.
Tickets for the game can be purchased online starting at $17, by calling (800) 221-CATS, or visiting the Bramlage Coliseum Ticket Office. Fans unable to attend can watch the game live on ESPN+ or listen via the K-State Sports Network.
K-State head coach Jerome Tang’s squad is coming off a thrilling 99-96 victory over California last Thursday, where they recorded the highest combined score in Bramlage Coliseum history. In that game, Wildcats’ guard P.J. Haggerty led the team with 23 points, while Khamari McGriff added 21 points, and Nate Johnson contributed 20 points, marking the first time since 2017 that three Wildcats scored 20 or more points in a single game.
As they prepare for Tulsa, K-State aims to improve its all-time series record against the Golden Hurricane, which currently stands at 2-7. The last meeting took place on December 29, 2019, when the Wildcats edged Tulsa 69-67.
Leading Tulsa is fourth-year head coach Eric Konkol, whose team has also started the season strong, recording wins against Oklahoma Christian, Rhode Island, and Oral Roberts. The Golden Hurricane are averaging 90 points per game, led by key players David Green, Miles Barnestable, and Tylen Riley.
The matchup on Monday will also be significant for K-State’s Haggerty, as he faces his former school for the second time after previously scoring 23 points against them last season.
As both teams look to maintain their unbeaten status, K-State will aim for a victory that would mark their first 4-0 start since the 2022-23 season.
