Kellen Moore New Orleans Saints Practice

Metairie, Louisiana – New Orleans Saints head coach Kellen Moore spoke about practice after rookie minicamp on Saturday, May 10, 2025, at the team’s indoor facility. The NFL schedule doesn’t officially release until Wednesday evening, but details surrounding the upcoming season have begun to emerge on social media.

The Saints will kick off the 2025 season by hosting the Arizona Cardinals at Caesars Superdome in Week 1. This marks the seventh time in the last eight seasons that the Saints have started the season at home.

The Cardinals finished the previous season with an 8-9 record, doubling their win total from 2023. Coach Jonathan Gannon enters his third season leading the team.

Meanwhile, the New York Giants face a pivotal year under head coach Brian Daboll, who has led the team to the playoffs only once in his three seasons. This offseason, the Giants revamped their quarterback lineup by bringing in Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston, and rookie Jaxson Dart.

Additionally, the Saints are scheduled to host the New England Patriots in Week 6. New England recently hired coach Mike Vrabel, who takes over the team aiming to improve its performance.

According to reports, the Saints will also travel to Carolina in Week 10, following a loss in Charlotte last year that resulted in the dismissal of former head coach Dennis Allen.
