Kelsey Grammer Welcomes Fourth Child With Wife Kayte Walsh

LONDON, England – Kelsey Grammer, the 70-year-old actor known for his roles in “Frasier” and “Cheers,” is celebrating the arrival of his fourth child with wife Kayte Walsh. The couple’s new baby marks Grammer’s eighth child overall.
A source shared that Grammer is “thrilled to finally have time to fully enjoy being a father all over again.” The source added that he has been supportive of Walsh throughout her pregnancy, which was unexpected yet rejuvenating for their marriage.
Photos released show Walsh, 46, and Grammer strolling in London on Tuesday, appearing happier than ever. Walsh’s flowing navy blue dress accentuates her growing baby bump as they enjoyed a day out with their three other children: Faith, 12, Gabriel, 10, and James.
Kelsey and Kayte met in 2009 when she was a flight attendant, and they married in 2011. This is their fourth child together, adding to their family that includes Faith, Gabriel, and James. Grammer has four older children from previous marriages: Spencer, 41, Greer, 33, Mason, 23, and Jude, 20.
Grammer had two prior marriages, first to Doreen Alderman from 1982 to 1990, and then to Leigh-Anne Csuhany from 1992 to 1993. He has openly discussed how his busy career affected his family life in the past. In a 2018 interview, he described fatherhood as a “real gift” to try again.
Though a representative for Grammer did not respond immediately for further comment, the actor continues to express delight in his role as an older dad, embracing the opportunity to experience parenthood anew.
