LOS ANGELES, CALIF. — Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the Kardashian-Jenner family, has listed her iconic Hidden Hills mansion for $13.5 million, marking the end of an era for the family’s first shared home.
The 8,860-square-foot property, featured prominently in the reality series ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians‘ (KUWTK), was purchased by Jenner in 2010 for $4 million. Over the years, the home became a central filming location for the show, which aired from 2007 to 2021.
‘I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,’ Jenner said in a statement.
The Mediterranean-style estate features six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and iconic design elements such as a double staircase in the foyer and black-and-white tiled floors. The backyard includes a pool, outdoor seating area with a fireplace, and sprawling grounds perfect for entertaining. Buyers can purchase the home fully furnished for an additional $400,000.
Jenner transferred the property to a family trust in 2015 following her divorce from Caitlyn Jenner. The home has been extensively renovated over the years, with recent updates including new furnishings and artwork.
The listing agent, Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate, describes the home as ‘a piece of television history’ and ‘the epitome of luxury and elegance.’ The property is located in an exclusive, guard-gated community with amenities such as tennis courts, a pool, and BBQ centers.
Though KUWTK concluded in 2021, the Kardashian-Jenner family continues to star in the Hulu series ‘The Kardashians,’ which premiered in 2022. The family’s transition from the E! network to Hulu highlights their enduring influence in reality television.
Jenner’s decision to sell the mansion follows her 2020 sale of another Hidden Hills property, which was reportedly purchased by Katharina Harf, daughter of Coty, Inc. CEO Peter Harf.
