Cloquet Minnesota Indivisible Protest Action

CLOQUET, Minn. — Members of the We the People – Cloquet Area Indivisible group will gather on Saturday, March 15, at 10 a.m. at the Cloquet and Moose Lake post offices to participate in a nationwide mailing campaign targeting the White House.

The activists will send “pink slips” to President Donald Trump, aiming to remind him that he serves the American public and to express their disapproval of his administration’s recent policies. This event is part of the larger grassroots Indivisible Project, which has rapidly expanded across the country.

The group’s actions underscore a growing commitment among citizens to defend democracy and advocate for progressive values, irrespective of party lines. “We want to make it clear that we expect him to do better for the American people,” said group member Sarah Thompson. “This is about holding our leaders accountable.”

Residents of Cloquet and neighboring areas are invited to join the gathering as a show of solidarity. “It’s important for our voices to be heard,” remarked local resident Mark Johnson. “We need to band together to protect our rights and the future of our communities.”

The We the People – Cloquet Area Indivisible group encourages those interested in participating to visit their website for more information and to learn about future events. The public is welcome to contribute to the growing movement prioritizing democratic values and community action.
