She described her new work as intentionally crafted, saying, “I’ve never felt more intentional with every single piece of what I’m doing.” The album features contributions from notable artists like Daniel Nigro and Blood Orange’s Devonté Hynes.

The lead single from the album, titled “What Was That,” was released recently and showcases her evolving artistry. This summer, she aims to bring fans a unique experience on stage, asking them to come see what’s “under the skin.”
