Kim Zolciak Kroy Biermann Mansion Eviction

ALPHARETTA, Ga. — Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann were evicted from their foreclosed mansion by U.S. Marshals on April 8. The eviction followed the sale of their property for $2.75 million in January after numerous price cuts and foreclosure threats.

According to court documents obtained by PEOPLE, U.S. Marshals arrived at the residence between 3:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. to remove the former couple. A writ of possession was filed on April 9, describing their forced removal from the home that had seen significant financial troubles.

“They were commanded to remove Kim and Kroy with his/her property from said house and deliver full and quiet possession to the new owners,” the document stated.

The couple’s legal issues began last December when the new owners filed for eviction. The filing claimed Zolciak and Biermann were holding over beyond their rental term. Despite receiving eviction notices, they did not vacate the premises, prompting Marshals to intervene.

While the eviction was underway, Zolciak was active on social media, promoting furniture and decor from her daughter Ariana’s bedroom, indicating a willingness to move on. The furniture was priced at $10,000, with previous costs noted at over $43,000.

The former couple’s mansion, built in 2008, features seven bedrooms, five fireplaces, a gym, and a heated pool, among other luxury amenities. They purchased the house in 2012 for under $900,000 and had listed it for $6 million in October 2023. The home remained on the market for over a year before selling for significantly less.

As they adjust to their new realities, Zolciak hinted at a new romance, while Biermann has found work as a crane and rigging coordinator with Superior Rigging & Erecting Co.
