Mega Millions Jackpot Reaches $843 Million After No Winner on November 4
Detroit, MI — The Mega Millions jackpot has surged to an estimated $843 million following a drawing on Tuesday, November 4, where no ticket matched all six winning numbers. The winning numbers drawn were 11, 14, 17, 50, 57, and the Mega Ball was 6.
This latest jackpot marks the eighth-largest in Mega Millions history, with a cash option of approximately $391.7 million available for the next drawing on Friday, November 7. The previous drawing had an estimated jackpot of $800 million.
Tickets for the Mega Millions are sold at $5 each and can be purchased at retail locations or online up until 10:45 p.m. on drawing nights. The game allows players to select five different numbers from a range of 1 to 70 and one Mega Ball number from a separate pool of 1 to 24. Players also have the option of using the Easy Pick feature for randomly generated numbers.
As part of the updated game format, the Megaplier feature has been replaced with a built-in multiplier that can multiply non-jackpot prizes by two, three, four, five, or even ten times. Each play includes this multiplier, which is randomly assigned at the time of purchase.
The odds of winning the Mega Millions jackpot remain daunting, standing at about 1 in 290 million. No jackpot has been won since June 27, marking a record streak of 38 drawings without a winner the game.
Interested players will need to tune in for the next drawing on November 7 at 11 p.m. ET. For complete payout information and updates on winning numbers, players can visit the official Mega Millions website.
