Memorial services for several individuals are scheduled to take place in various locations across West Virginia and Virginia in the coming days, reflecting on the lives of the departed and offering opportunities for communities to come together in remembrance.

A native of both Richlands, Virginia, and Yorktown passed away on August 27. A graveside service is planned for October 12 at 10 a.m. at Greenhills Memorial Gardens, located in Claypool Hill, Virginia. The service will provide friends and family the chance to pay their final respects.

In Pageton, West Virginia, a 46-year-old resident who passed on September 26 will be remembered during a memorial service at noon on October 12. The service will be held at Long Point Missionary Baptist Church, situated at 4121 Anawalt Ridge Road in Anawalt, West Virginia.

Friends of a 92-year-old Bluefield, West Virginia, resident who passed away on September 18 are invited to gather on October 12 for a memorial service hosted at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Bluefield. The gathering will start from 1 to 2 p.m., with a service and reception to follow, offering a venue for remembrance and shared condolences.

A celebration of life for a 78-year-old resident from Princeton, West Virginia, is planned for October 10 at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton. Friends and family will convene at noon, followed by the service at 1 p.m., and the burial will occur at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.

Furthermore, an 86-year-old individual from Bluefield, who passed on October 4, will be laid to rest with services scheduled for October 11 at Bailey-Kirk Funeral Home in Princeton, West Virginia. Friends may pay their respects beginning at 10 a.m., with the interment following the service at Roselawn Memorial Gardens.
