PARKERSBURG, W.Va. (WTAP) – As a winter storm approaches the Mid-Ohio Valley, local grocery stores are bracing for a surge in customers preparing for the harsh weather. Stores like Warren Iga in Marietta and Piggly Wiggly in Parkersburg are working overtime to ensure shelves remain stocked with essentials.
