Miro, Black, Starks Depart AEW; Black Set to Return to WWE

Fort Worth, Texas – On February 10, news broke that wrestlers Miro, Malakai Black, and Ricky Starks had left All Elite Wrestling (AEW). Their departures come after Starks’ triumphant ascent as the current NXT North American Champion, announced just a day later.
Miro followed this trend earlier this week during the ‘WWE Raw’ episode that aired following WrestleMania. A report has surfaced suggesting that Malakai Black is poised for his own return as well.
WWE has hinted at the arrival of a mysterious figure, with the April 25 episode of ‘WWE SmackDown’ being the expected time and place for this re-emergence. Sources indicate that this figure is likely to be Black, re-entering the ring under his original name, Aleister Black, if everything goes as planned.
Reports add that Black visited WWE Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut, a few weeks prior, similar to what Miro did before his return to WWE. Hints of Black’s comeback began circulating last month during ‘SmackDown,’ where cryptic references fueled speculation.
Last week, WWE showcased a brief clip signaling Black’s return. An intriguing sequence featuring ‘4.25.25’ appeared, with many fans believing this directly pertains to April 25, although the meaning of the number ‘4’ remains unclear. Fans speculate it might signify April, the fourth month.
Tonight’s episode of ‘SmackDown’ will take place in Fort Worth and will also feature newly-crowned Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena.
