PM Modi to Inaugurate First Hindu Temple in UAE During Two-Day Visit
Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on a two-day official trip, where he will inaugurate the first traditional Hindu stone temple in the Middle East.
During his visit, Prime Minister Modi will be present at the unveiling of the BAPS Mandir in Abu Dhabi, which symbolizes the strengthening partnership between India and the UAE.
Key bilateral meetings are scheduled between Narendra Modi and UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan where they will discuss strengthening strategic relations and mutual interests in regional and global issues.
Additionally, Prime Minister Modi is scheduled to meet with UAE’s Vice President, Prime Minister, and Defense Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum to further solidify the bond between the two nations.
PM Modi will also partake in the World Government Summit 2024 as the Guest of Honour, providing a special keynote address that is anticipated to hold significant value.
The Indian community residing in the UAE is eagerly awaiting his arrival and is expected to participate in various events, including the ‘Ahlan Modi’ program, despite weather-related constraints.
Following his UAE trip, Narendra Modi will travel to Doha, Qatar, where he will engage in high-level talks with Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to elevate bilateral ties.
