Jorge Martin was on fire during the practice sessions at the Silverstone Circuit for the MotoGP World Championship. The young Spanish rider topped both practice sessions, showing off some incredible speed. In the afternoon session, Martin clocked a fantastic lap time of 1:57.911 on his Ducati Desmosedici, finishing just ahead of Aprilia’s Aleix Espargaro, who was only 0.045 seconds slower.

The two-time and reigning World Champion, Francesco Bagnaia, made his presence known as well, finishing in third place with a time of 1:58.030. Bagnaia’s teammate, Enea Bastianini, claimed the fourth spot, proving that the Ducati team is strong this weekend.

Jack Miller, riding for Red Bull KTM Factory Racing, continued to showcase his talent, finishing fifth in the session. Other riders who advanced straight to Qualifying Two included Fabio Di Giannantonio, Brad Binder, and Maverick Viñales, all putting in solid performances on their respective machines.

After their exhilarating practice runs, the riders experienced some ups and downs. Enea Bastianini and Marco Bezzecchi faced mechanical issues that forced them to stop. Despite this, both riders managed to show strong pace and confidence on the track.

In Moto2, Aron Canet set a new lap record, leading the charge with a time of 2:03.602, while Celestino Vietti followed closely behind. The level of competition in Moto2 was intense, with multiple riders vying to take the top spots as the race weekend continues.

The Moto3 category also saw some fierce competition, with Collin Veijer putting in a stellar performance despite crashing during the afternoon session. His fastest time of 2:09.565 put him ahead of Ivan Ortola and Jacob Roulstone, who are all chasing success in Silverstone.
