Los Angeles, CA — Naomi, a four-time qualifier for WWE‘s Money in the Bank ladder match, prepares for a significant challenge at the event scheduled for June 15, 2025. Following her shocking heel turn in March, where she attacked former friend Jade Cargill, Naomi is ready to face five competitors for a guaranteed title shot.

Now calling herself the “Caution Queen,” Naomi embraced a darker persona that marks a significant shift from her previous upbeat character. She explained to Variety, “I wanted to do something completely opposite and outside of the box… it popped into my head – oh man, this is perfect.”

Her new entrance music reflects this change, featuring an aggressive alt-rock sound instead of her previous EDM style. Naomi expressed excitement about the shift, saying, “I loved it. I definitely wanted to be rock instead of the hip-hop vibes I had with other music.”

As she prepares for the ladder match, Naomi reflects on her transformation and its reception among fans. “It feels good to be able to change the audience perspective of me in such a quick period of time,” she said. The feud with Cargill, intensified through social media exchanges and match interferences, has captured the attention of fans, sparking debates about each wrestler’s standing.

In the upcoming match, Naomi faces formidable opponents including former WWE, NXT, and international champions. She describes Rhea Ripley as “jacked” and calls Stephanie Vaquer “demonic.” Naomi also sees her opportunities to challenge current champion Tiffany Stratton, stating, “When I was going after the championship, she made my life hell, and I haven’t forgotten about that.”

Emphasizing the importance of family, Naomi mentioned that her husband Jimmy Uso and his brother Jey Uso, currently a champion, motivate her. She stated, “I don’t want to be the loser in the family!” This drive fuels her ambition to win the Money in the Bank match, which would set her on the path to a first singles title win in WWE since 2017.

Looking ahead, Naomi says she welcomes challenges from any of the rising stars in WWE. “Everybody can get it,” she declared. She is particularly interested in facing not just seasoned talents like Becky Lynch, but also newer competitors from NXT to help elevate them within the division.

As Naomi gears up for the ladder match, her transformation into a fierce competitor has set the stage for what promises to be an unforgettable contest. With hopes of reclaiming championship gold, she looks forward to demonstrating her skills in the ring and rising to the top of the women’s division once again.
