Nfl Head Coaches 2025 Press Conference

NEW YORK — The NFL offseason coaching carousel is in full swing as multiple teams announced significant staff changes on Wednesday, reshaping the league’s leadership landscape ahead of the 2025 season.

At least six teams have made adjustments to their coaching staffs, with several head coaches and coordinators either being hired, fired, or reassigned. The moves come as franchises aim to address performance issues and prepare for the upcoming NFL Draft and free agency period.

Among the most notable changes, the Chicago Bears announced the hiring of a new offensive coordinator, while the Las Vegas Raiders confirmed the departure of their defensive coordinator. The Atlanta Falcons also revealed they are parting ways with their special teams coach after a disappointing 2024 campaign.

“We believe these changes will position us for success in the future,” said a spokesperson for the Bears. “Our focus is on building a cohesive staff that can maximize our roster’s potential.”

In addition to coaching shifts, several teams are addressing front office roles. The New York Giants have reportedly restructured their scouting department, while the Miami Dolphins are finalizing a deal to bring in a new general manager.

Injury updates also dominated headlines, with key players from the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs undergoing evaluations ahead of the Pro Bowl. The league’s annual all-star game, scheduled for February 9, will feature several players recovering from late-season injuries.

As teams continue to make adjustments, the NFL community is closely watching how these moves will impact the competitive balance of the league. The 2025 season is expected to kick off in September, with training camps opening in late July.
