Pacers Defeat Knicks, Toppin Contributes in Eastern Conference Finals

Indianapolis, Indiana
Obi Toppin helped the Indiana Pacers secure a 130-121 victory over the New York Knicks in Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Finals on Tuesday night. This win gives the Pacers a commanding 3-1 lead in the series.
Toppin played for 18 minutes, scoring five points with two rebounds, two assists, and two steals. Despite logging under 20 minutes for the fifth consecutive game, he continued to play a vital role as a complementary player for the Pacers.
Over the past month, Toppin has averaged only 7.9 points and 3.4 rebounds in 16.3 minutes per game across 11 games. Coach Rick Carlisle commented on Toppin’s performance, “He may not be the star, but his contributions are essential for our success.”
With the victory, the Pacers look to close out the series as they prepare to head back to New York for Game 5.
