Green Bay Packers Lambeau Field Nfl Draft 2025

Green Bay, Wis. — The Green Bay Packers are set to make history by hosting the NFL Draft for the first time this week at Lambeau Field. The draft gets underway on Thursday night at 8 p.m. ET, beginning with the Tennessee Titans holding the first overall pick.

Miami quarterback Cam Ward is the anticipated choice for Tennessee, looking to secure their future at the position. Ward, who has garnered significant attention for his strong performances, is not alone in the spotlight as Colorado‘s Travis Hunter and Penn State‘s Abdul Carter are also potential picks for the Titans.

The draft festivities will continue with Rounds 2 and 3 on Friday at 7 p.m. ET, followed by Rounds 4 through 7 on Saturday starting at noon ET. Fans can watch the events on NFL Network, ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC, or stream it through NFL+, ESPN+, and Fubo.

This year’s drafts represents a new beginning for the Packers, a franchise that is one of the oldest and most celebrated in NFL history. “To host the draft in Green Bay, our town’s heart, shows how we are not just a team, but a community,” said Packers head coach Matt LaFleur.

Ward’s selection will mark a milestone as he becomes the third player from the University of Miami to be chosen first overall, following in the footsteps of other Hurricanes like Vinny Testaverde and Ken Dorsey. The excitement surrounding the draft at Lambeau Field adds an extra layer of significance to the event.

The NFL Draft serves not only as a pivotal moment for teams, but a chance for young athletes to realize their professional dreams. Players are ready to show they belong at the highest level of football. Ward, along with the other top prospects, is poised for what many hope will be a productive career ahead.
