Pawmi Community Day Set for May 11, 2025

REDMOND, Wash. — The Pokémon Company announced that May 2025 Community Day will spotlight Pawmi, an electric Mouse Pokémon from the Paldea region. The event is scheduled for May 11, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. local time.

During this time, Trainers will see an increased appearance of Pawmi in the wild, with the chance to encounter a Shiny Pawmi for the first time. Trainers can also evolve their Pawmo into Pawmot by completing specific tasks during the following week after the event.

To evolve Pawmo, players must explore one kilometer with it as their buddy. Evolving Pawmo will result in a Pawmot that knows the Charged Attack Brick Break. This makes preparation essential for the event.

The Community Day includes various bonuses, such as special Field Research opportunities and the chance to purchase exclusive Special Research tickets for $1.99. Players who complete this research will earn exciting rewards, including a Premium Battle Pass and additional encounters with Pawmi.

The event offers opportunities to complete tasks focused on catching Pawmi, rewarding Trainers with Stardust, Great Balls, and other items. Additionally, Players who log in during the event will receive access to Timed Research that continues for one week, ending on May 18, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. local time.
