Peacock's 'the Traitors' Season 2 Premieres With A Twist

While most people are subscribed to popular streaming services like Netflix or Hulu or Disney+, Peacock has been making waves with its original content and reality competition series. In 2023, Peacock gained recognition for shows like Bupkis and Traitors Season 1, proving that it’s not just a platform for streaming NBC classics. Now, with the premiere of The Traitors Season 2, Peacock is stepping up its game.

The Traitors Season 2, inspired by a British version of the show, brings together a diverse cast of celebrities and regular people in a competition reminiscent of the party game “Mafia.” The twist? Three cast members are chosen as secret “traitors” and must meet in secret to strategize and eliminate players without being caught. The other players, the non-traitors, must work together to identify the traitors and prevent them from sabotaging the game.

The second season of The Traitors on Peacock premiered on January 12, 2024, with the first three episodes. The remaining eight episodes will be released on subsequent Thursdays at 6 p.m. PST/9 p.m. EST. The show features a star-studded cast including Kevin Kreider, Marcus Jordan, Larsa Pippen, Peter Weber, Parvati Shallow, Trishelle Cannatella, Sandra Diaz-Twine, Janelle Pierzina, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Peppermint, John Bercow, Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen, Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, Tamra Judge, Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio, Deontay Wilder, Phaedra Parks, Shereé Whitfield, Dan Gheesling, Mercedes “MJ” Javid, and Chris ‘C.T.’ Tamburello.

The Traitors Season 2 promises a thrilling and intense competition as the traitors attempt to outwit the non-traitors, and the non-traitors strive to uncover their identities. Fans of reality competition series won’t want to miss a single episode as the drama unfolds.
