PlayStation Plus Unveils Exciting March 2025 Free Games Lineup

SAN MATEO, Calif. — Sony Interactive Entertainment announced the March 2025 lineup for PlayStation Plus subscribers on February 26, revealing that members will have access to three new titles starting on March 4. The lineup includes “Dragon Age: The Veilguard,” “Sonic Colors: Ultimate,” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection.” These games will be available for download and play until March 31.
“Dragon Age: The Veilguard” is a character-driven RPG from BioWare, allowing players to create their own hero, Rook, and guide a team of seven companions as they confront ancient gods threatening Thedas. This title emphasizes player choice, featuring a robust combat system with three classes: Warrior, Mage, and Rogue, as well as a new ability wheel for tactical gameplay.
In “Sonic Colors: Ultimate,” players will once again join Sonic as he races through an interstellar amusement park powered by captured alien Wisps. This remastered version of the original 2010 game introduces enhanced visuals, additional gameplay features, and a new game mode. Players will traverse six vibrant worlds, utilizing Sonic’s famed speed to free the Wisps and unleash their unique powers.
The “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection” brings together 13 classic TMNT games, reviving nostalgia for longtime fans. The collection includes popular titles with upgraded features, such as online and local play options, as well as save states and button customization. The games included span decades of TMNT history, from NES to arcade classics, offering players a chance to relive their childhood favorites.
PlayStation Plus members have until March 3 to redeem the previous month’s offerings: “Payday 3,” “High on Life,” and “Pac-Man World: Re-Pac.” These titles will be replaced by the new lineup on March 4. Historically, the reception of recent titles in the service has been mixed, with some players questioning the inclusion of less-popular titles.
This month’s selection aims to provide a fresh and engaging experience, particularly with “Dragon Age: The Veilguard” being only five months post-launch. Subscriber feedback will be closely monitored as the new titles become available next month.
