“The Rookie” Season 7 Premieres with New Timeslot and Intense Challenges

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — “The Rookie” Season 7 premiered on ABC on Tuesday, Jan. 7, 2025, marking its return after a strike-shortened Season 6. The hit procedural drama, starring Nathan Fillion as John Nolan, the LAPD‘s oldest rookie, has moved to a new timeslot, airing Tuesdays at 10:00 p.m. ET.

The series, created by Alexi Hawley, continues to follow Nolan and his fellow officers as they navigate the challenges of police work.
