Music manager Sharon Osbourne has responded to Amanda Holden‘s criticism of her remarks about Simon Cowell with a fiery comeback.

Osbourne, known for her work with legendary bands like The Smashing Pumpkins and Motorhead, as well as her reality TV show ‘The Osbournes,’ faced flak from Amanda Holden, a judge on Britain’s Got Talent alongside Cowell.

Holden, in an interview, expressed her disapproval of Osbourne and Louis Walsh‘s unfavorable comments about music mogul Simon Cowell, suggesting they were ungrateful for the opportunities provided by him.

Osbourne, who previously worked with Cowell on The X Factor, responded to Holden’s remarks in a lengthy post, defending her accomplishments in the music industry and entertainment.

In her rebuttal, Osbourne highlighted her global celebrity status, mansion in Beverly Hills, and her showbiz achievements over the years.

She expressed that her success was not solely due to her involvement in Cowell’s talent shows, citing her work on ‘The Osbournes’ and her music industry background.

Holden’s comments seemed to be in defense of Cowell, with whom she shares a judging panel on Britain’s Got Talent, emphasizing loyalty and gratitude towards the music executive.

Despite the exchange, both Osbourne and Holden continue to stand by their opinions, reflecting on their respective careers and relationships with Simon Cowell.
