FORT WORTH, Texas — A small jet crashed near Fort Worth on Monday, according to reports from social media journalists and Fire Map Live. The incident occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m. local time at 4028 Silver View Lane in Azle, Texas, and involved two people onboard.

Images shared on social media indicated that fire from the crash spread to nearby bushes. However, officials have not yet issued an official statement regarding the incident or the condition of the individuals on board. Authorities are currently assessing the scene.

In a related incident on the same day, a semi-truck crashed and became lodged under a bridge near the intersection of State Highway 183 and State Highway 360 close to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport. This accident resulted in critical injuries to two people, according to the Fort Worth police.

“We are investigating the circumstances of both incidents,” said Lieutenant Sarah Johnson of the Fort Worth Police Department. “It is crucial to determine the cause and assess any potential hazards in the area.”
