The Welsh rock band Stereophonics has officially announced their biggest stadium tour yet, set to take place in the summer of 2025. Dubbed the “Stadium Anthems Summer ’25 Tour,” it marks their first tour in three years.

The acclaimed band, known for chart-toppers like “Dakota,” “Have A Nice Day,” and “A Thousand Trees,” will embark on a series of concerts across major UK cities, promising nights filled with their greatest hits. Band frontman Kelly Jones expressed excitement over the upcoming tour, stating, “Being on the road again with my best friends, playing all the hits of this band’s catalogue, for people in huge outdoor gatherings through the summer of 2025 makes me so excited, we should make a new album.”

Amidst preparations for the tour, Stereophonics revealed they have also been working on their 13th studio album, following their 2022 release “Oochya.” Jones teased fans about the new project, saying, “Oh wait… we already did that! See ya there for more good times… TUNE!!! TUNE!!! TUNE!!”

The tour will kick off in Belfast at Belsonic and include performances at prominent venues such as St Anne’s Park in Dublin, Cork Virgin Media Park, and London’s Finsbury Park. It will also cover Huddersfield’s John Smith’s Stadium and Glasgow Bellahouston Park, before concluding with a homecoming event at Cardiff’s Principality Stadium.

Tickets for the tour will be available for general sale starting Friday. Further announcements regarding special guests are expected soon.

In addition to their stadium tour, Stereophonics is slated to headline the Isle of Wight Festival on June 21, 2025, sharing the stage with other notable acts like Sting and Justin Timberlake. Other performers at the festival include The Script, Faithless, and Alison Moyet. Festival promoter John Giddings commented, “What a line-up we have in store already for the next edition of The Isle of Wight Festival.”
