Bigg Boss 18 Nomination

The eighteenth season of the popular reality TV show “Bigg Boss” has commenced with high drama as the contestants face their first nomination round in the show’s opening week. The program, which began airing on October 6, 2024, is hosted by Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Already in its initial phase, audiences are witnessing significant tensions and alliances forming among the housemates.

In a dramatic turn of events, Bigg Boss introduced an open nomination process in which housemates were instructed to nominate their fellow participants for eviction using arrows aimed at photos. The voting rules dictated that contestants who received three or more valid reasons for nomination would be at risk of eviction. This method led to the nomination of five contestants: Karan Veer Mehra, Chahat Pandey, Gunaratna Sadavarte, Avinash Mishra, and Muskan Bamne.

Karan Veer Mehra, a renowned actor in the Indian television industry, and Chahat Pandey, known for her roles in soap operas, were among those whose actions have possibly irked their fellow contestants, resulting in their inclusion in the nomination list. Gunaratna Sadavarte, a lawyer and social activist, along with TV actors Avinash Mishra and Muskan Bamne, joined them. The reasons cited for their nominations range from poor communication to conflicting opinions.

Fans of the show now hold the power to influence the outcome as they can cast their votes via the JioCinema app to save their favored contestants. The voting lines have been opened, and the eagerly anticipated results will be revealed during the “Weekend Ka Vaar” episode. The contestant receiving the fewest votes will face eviction, marking the first elimination of this season.

Besides the nominated contestants, the Bigg Boss 18 house is filled with other noteworthy celebrities, including Vivian Dsena, Shehzada Dhami, Eisha Singh, and Shilpa Shirodkar, among others. The series is broadcast on Colors TV at 10 p.m. on weekdays and at 9:30 p.m. on weekends. Viewers can also stream the episodes and live footage around the clock on the JioCinema platform.

As the season progresses, Bigg Boss 18 promises to deliver even more emotional confrontations, alliances, and surprises as contestants vie for the ultimate victory, with each eviction heightening the stakes.
